Scalable Model Supersaver Model

Conventional PSA systems have limitations such as fixed input and output capacities. In contrast, the Zenox Scalable Supersaver (SS) offers a unique advantage - scalability with energy efficiency. This model delivers up to 25% power savings and allows flowrate expansion with minimal additions. For instance, the SS-60 model, equipped with a 4-kW compressor, produces 57 LPM. By simply adding another compressor and dryer, the flowrate can be doubled. The system intelligently activates additional units based on hospital demand, ensuring optimal energy use while meeting varying oxygen needs. Scalable PSA is patented technology.

Multi Tower Supersaver Models with MBVD Technology Serie

Zenox’s patented MBVD (Multi-Bed Vacuum Desorption) technology delivers 40% power savings and achieves 94% purity within 30 minutes of start-up, making it ideal for high power cost regions. For purity levels between 96-99.2%, for removing argon it ensures efficient operation with minimal loss of high pure oxygen. Purity above 96% meets the testing standards of leading ventilator brands and is also suitable for cylinder filling in remote locations.
